Hello! My name is Yannick, though I go by my designer name, « Artnut06« . I’m a French artist and designer/illustrator based in Nice on the French Riviera—a stunning city nestled along the Mediterranean coast.
If I were to describe my artwork, I’d say it’s a blend of graffiti and cartoon styles, with a touch of vintage flair! This influence definitely traces back to my childhood, when I spent countless hours watching classic cartoon shows like Tex Avery, Looney Tunes, and many others.
As a teenager, I was deeply inspired by the vibrant world of street art. I devoured street art magazines, and the incredible murals and graffiti showcased in those pages left a lasting impression on me. These artistic walls still play a major role in shaping my creative vision today
My art style is distinct and easily recognizable, often bursting with color. I love working with bold, punchy, and vibrant palettes to evoke positivity and bring a sense of fun to every piece I create.
I’m all about thinking outside the box and infusing uniqueness into my work.
So, what are you waiting for?
Come along and join me on this colorful journey!
I primarily work in the digital medium, a journey I began in May 2020. Embracing digital art opened up an entirely new creative toolset, allowing me to explore and refine my artistic skills further.
This transition has also provided incredible opportunities to collaborate with clients, helping me grow and develop my art business while expanding my creative horizons
Running a business—big or small—comes with its fair share of challenges, and one of the biggest is finding the perfect visual identity that truly represents your brand. Whether you’re an illustrator like me, an influencer, a musician, or something else entirely, you’ve probably experienced this struggle firsthand!
From a simple lettering logo to a mascot character, the possibilities are endless, and it can feel overwhelming to choose what fits best.
In my case, my logo character has gone through several transformations over the years. The original design was pretty basic and neutral—good for a start, but it didn’t fully capture my essence. Over time, with years of constant drawing and growth, I’ve mastered my style and truly discovered who I am as an artist.
That’s why I decided to completely revamp my logo, giving it a groovy, street art-inspired, cartoonish look that better reflects my creative identity.
So here’s a little tip: It’s never too late to update or change your logo if it no longer represents who you are or what you stand for. Trust me—it’s worth it!
